City of Philadelphia Public Safety Services Campus

This project is an addition to and adaptive reuse of the existing 350,000-sf, 6-story building, Critical City functions such as Police Administration, Public Health, Medical Examiner’s Office and Morgue will be part of the campus adjacent to the new Philadelphia Juvenile Justice Services Center.

The medical examiner included an autopsy suite the accommodates six autopsy stations,a BSL3 autopsy suite, toxicology, evidence storage, investigations, and extensive support spaces to accommodate a fully compliant NAME accredited facility. The Public Health laboratories serve 8 City health clinics and various other City agencies. Facilities include automated chemistry-hematology, microbiology and three BSL3 lab suites for servicing and protecting the City’s public health.
